looking back on life and feelin a lil melancholy lately; finding solace in music and creation and those I love around me. Daniel Johnston always inspires and grounds me. got thru some tuff timez recently by listening to his music, and was driven to experiment a bit out of my musical comfort zone. seeing as me and him share a birthday, putting it out today seemed like a fitting tribute to both a dearly-departed artistic hero as well as my annual existential crisis! anyway. hope y'all enjoy,
